The goal of the GMRS is to serve the rose-growing public with information and resources that promote success in growing America's floral emblem.

To this end, some of our members participate in the American Rose Society Consulting Rosarian (CR) program.  This program was started in 1926 to provide educational materials and training for rosarians who could then reach out to their own communities.  CR's undergo training and testing to earn accreditation and contribute their time and talents educating the public on rose culture.  If you have any questions about your roses, theses are the people to contact.

The accompanying map locates our CR's by community.  They may be contacted by email with your questions.

Additionally, the GMRS offers a speaker service for community libraries and gardening organizations.  Contact our president to make arrangements for a presenter.

If you have questions about the society and membership, please contact our president.
